A customized lithium-ion battery replacement solution designed specifically for our Linde forklifts.

Our customers' Linde E25L series 80V heavy-duty forklifts typically suffer from issues with their original lead-acid batteries, including rapid battery degradation, high maintenance costs, short lifespan, and susceptibility to acid corrosion. Based on the original battery compartment dimensions, electrical parameters, and control logic, we have customized a lithium iron phosphate battery upgrade solution for our customers. This solution allows for direct replacement of the existing 80V 630Ah lead-acid battery without any modifications to the forklift itself, achieving a maintenance-free, long-range, and highly safe upgrade across all operating conditions.

 

Our technical team has conducted comprehensive compatibility testing on the Linde 80V forklift's control logic, communication protocol, and battery compartment dimensions. The battery's dimensions, weight, and interface definitions are a 1:1 match with the original lead-acid battery. You do not need to modify the forklift wiring, controller, or counterweight system; simply replace the old battery with the new one for immediate use, without altering any of your operating habits.

FAQ

Q1: My forklift is 80V system. Is 83.2V battery compatible? Will it damage the machine?

A: It is fully compatible and will not cause any damage. 83.2V is the standard rated voltage of 26-series LiFePO4 cells. The maximum full-charge voltage is about 87V, which is within the working voltage range of 80V forklifts. The built-in BMS will strictly control charge and discharge voltage. We can also adjust output parameters to match special forklift controllers upon request.

 

Q2: What is your after-sales policy?

A: We provide comprehensive after-sales service:

Standard warranty: 5 years or 10,000 working hours (whichever comes first).

 

Q3: Do I need to replace my original charger after using lithium battery?

A: We recommend using our dedicated lithium battery fast charger for best performance. It matches BMS communication and supports 200A fast charging. If you keep using the original lead-acid charger, please confirm the voltage and current parameters first, and turn off equalizing charge and float charge functions to prevent overcharging. Our technical team can provide professional guidance.

 

Q4: Is LiFePO4 battery safe? Is there fire risk?

A: LiFePO4 is the safest power cell for industrial use currently. Its thermal runaway temperature is above 800℃. It will not catch fire or explode after strict puncture, extrusion and short circuit tests. Multi-level BMS protection will cut off circuit immediately once abnormal status occurs. The high-strength steel shell resists impact and vibration during forklift operation.

Q5: Can you customize battery size and capacity for special forklifts?

A: Custom service is supported:
