This project focuses purely on retrofitting STILL brand electric forklifts for South‑American customers.

 Total order quantity: 8 units, covering multiple custom LiFePO4 battery packs for different STILL series including MX‑X, RX60, FM‑X reach trucks.

The customer operates a mixed fleet of STILL forklifts across warehouses in South America. Original PzS / PzB lead‑acid traction batteries bring obvious local pain points: expensive maintenance labour, lack of ventilated charging rooms, performance degradation under high ambient temperature and unstable regional power grid.

All lithium packs are designed as direct drop‑in replacement. Each battery matches the original battery compartment dimension, no modification required on STILL forklift chassis.

1.Mixed STILL fleet covering counter‑balance & reach‑truck models; many different original lead‑acid battery specs, hard to source matching lithium replacements locally in South America.
